Poor non-stick layer

The pan works with an induction cooktop but sadly became sticky after a few weeks. The food gets stuck as soon as it touches the pan and burned before being fully cooked. Not recommended!

We are sorry you had this experience with the Copper Chef pan. The pan should be used at a lower heat setting and hand washing is best since some dishwashing detergent can pit the surface of nonstick surfaces. Please return the pan for a replacement or refund.
