Q: Will it charge enough in the raining Vancouver weather to turn on? What are the Lumens?

A: It will not charge enough in the raining weather to turn on when the unit is low battery power. The fully charging time is 8 hours so it will take longer to get charged in the raining weather. It's 500 lumens.

The sensor parts works great but one of the two lights dont work all the time. Might just be a loose wire. Because if i touch it lightly comes on. Will see if can open up check wire.
