Piece of Garbage

I've never written a review online before but I feel this deserves it. This machine is complete garbage it took me 6 hours to install, was very frustrating the directions are terrible, and I had to go out and buy parts, since the ones supplied were cheap and would not work. I know this isn't a top of the line machine, but it's definitely not worth the money and headache. I'll be surprised if this thing lasts me a year.

NO MANUAL

I honestly can not believe there is no manual with this gym. There are so many parts. After searching online tediously, I found a manual which I hope is the correct one. After paying over $600 for something it is quite annoying that the company does not have the ability to provide instructions.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: It isn't sturdy at all. As many online reviews will tell you, many people have bent the machine parts in a few days with only half the weigh stack used!

Q: Missing Parts There are no Rubber bumpers (#55) nor are they shown in the instruction manual (which was not included in the box) under the Hardware that is required. Anyone else have this problem?

A: The rubber bumpers go on the bottom of the weight stack and are generally packed in the ankle accessory bag, sometimes they are hard to find. If you contact the manufacturer, they can get you the pieces you need and the instructional sheet if missing. Please call 1-800-513- 3320 or by email go onto www.impex-fitness.com and look up the mwm3401 home gym manual.

Q: Is the Apex200-lb home gym easy to assemble? How many boxes does it come in and what is the max size of the boxe's

A: the apex 200 lb gym comes in three boxes of which two contain the plate weights…the main box is 84” x 20” x 8” and weights 218 lbs….the other two are 43” x 21” x 8” and 60” x 23” x 7”. It will take 2 hours to assemble the unit if the instructions are followed properly

A: Seated bench presses ( pectorals), pectoral fly (pectorals) , tricep push down (triceps), wide lat pull downs (latissimus dorsi), seated bicep curl ( biceps), standing bicep curl (biceps), high pulley ab crunch ( abs/core), front deltoid raise (front deltoids) and upright row (deltoids/trapezius)
