A cereal box step counter is just as good as this watch. The app is no longer available, so this is a glorified step counter with questionable accuracy. I'm lying in bed at 1:30 am, and I've logged 33 steps today. (I have not been up.) Time isn't even correct, and since there's no app, I can't connect to my phone to reset it. I cannot find manual instructions for setting time. It also measures blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen, though I would question the accuracy of these if it can't even count steps or set time. Sleep monitoring does not work. Period. It does not register any times for deep sleep or intermittent sleep at all. Cheap product when I bought it two years ago; completely useless now without an app to support it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Is the metal piece on the strap suppose to pop out easily? Kind of a risk of losing it… Has anyone else had this problem ? Just bought today. Will return if not suppose to.

A: I just replaced the strap with an old leather one I had when the small metal button kept shifting and popped out. I only use the watch for checking health status, ie. bp, heart rate etc. Never synced it to my phone. Great price for the few features I use and it has worked great for 3 years now.

A: Hi. You Charge it with the horseshoe like cable clamped to the watch touching the tiny electrodes on the back and plugged into a USB outlet. However, I experienced the same set of problems, and unless you have a new phone and are tech savvy, do what I did and take it back!!

A: Charging is by a two point fork in a spring clasp that attaches to the watch. There is no real dockking station and the watch has to be removed from your wrist to charge it. The watch can be used as a smartwatch which reads blood pressure, beats per minute , and distance as paces. There is an apk that can be loaded on your smartphone that can translate this to distance based on your height. The apk, THINFIT, will display the results of any data collected. THINFIT doesn't have a EKG option at present. I don't know whether thaey will adapt it for that purpose. The bluetooth, as far as I can see, is only to transfer collected data. I hope that this answers your questions.

Q: Vibrating with "Click to binding" message. The instructions don't say what to do. I paired it, installed the app, and charged it to 100% over 2+ hours. When I disconnect the charger I get nothing. Can't get it to display anything unless charging. Help!
