Not that good, just okay

We had ours since September 2015 so almost 8 years. But this summer we took it out of the shed and it won't turn, it's all rusted. We had decent use out of it but people are correct when they say that it's flimsy, you have to put your foot on it to reel the hose which I guess isn't too bad. It's built pretty cheaply and it's fairly hard to reel the hose in and out.

Neverleak, yeah right

Bought this yesterday, hook it up and guess what connecting hose leaks like there is no tomorrow, put hose back directly onto house spout and no leaks so it's not me, The Neverleak, definitely LEAKS.

Junk

This cart was not inexpensive , it has lasted less than two years . Firstly when you pull the hose out the cart goes with it , that was last year, This year the water pressure blew out and broke the hose attachment . Secondly I now have a useless hose as the hose is attached ( corroded) to the cart. .

No, I do not recommend this product.

Complete and utter junk

I can't believe the law allows junk like this to be sold on store shelves in Canada. I spent over $60 on this last fall, here it is early spring, and the thing has fallen apart already. I've extended and retracted the garden hose maybe 5-6 times since buying this thing. The hub where the supply hose connects just popped out from the pressure and when I reinstall it, it just pops out again. This product is absolute useless trash. Save your money. See the uploaded photo.

No, I do not recommend this product.

  • The brown plastic piece is the hub that burst out of the reel causing water to gush everywhere.

Fell to pieces

The connector hose is very thin, and bulged out and burst within a month (from regular city water pressure). The hose connector assembly inside the drum somehow popped out after a couple of weeks, and could not be attached properly again. Another minor nuisance is that the storage-tray-thingy tends to fall off when touched. The colour is nice, but don't buy this if you need a reel that works.

No, I do not recommend this product.
