Q: Does it play multi region dvds?

A: Hi Denise, The AKAI 9” portable DVD player has an NTSC system with region 1 so cannot play all regions.

Q: Can it play mp3 or video files from a burned dvdr, or only from usb/sd card?

A: It won’t play any MP3 flies as it’s not compatible with it but other than that it plays video files from a burn DVD player. Also compatible with DVD, CD, CD-RW, MPEG, DIVX, and JPEG file formats.
