Diffuser not reliable

I purchased my air wick diffuser last month and it worked well for the first time. I then purchased the double pack refill and place the canister in the diffuser and nothing happened. I even replaced the battery and still got nothing. It is not the refill because I can spray from that .....the unit just stopped working.

No, I do not recommend this product.

How much empty space should I have above the diffuser? I love it in my bathroom, but I have it on the shelf in my over the toilet cabinet. Will it damage the cabinet ?

Bought this...it never worked. I did everything as directions said .even went to look for trouble shooting online. The blue light goes on..batteries work Bottle pops in..no mist

Hi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the Air Wick Essential Mist Device. Here are a few troubleshooting tips: Ensure the device is turned off and directed away from the face- Open the device by holding the shroud firmly in one hand and placing the other hand underneath the base as a support. 1. Using the thumb of the hand holding the shroud push down from the top. The shroud should be released from the main device, exposing the refill bottle and batteries. 2. Insert x 3 AA batteries into the appropriate slots (or confirm batteries are still good). 3. Confirm refill is not empty, or add a refill by removing the plastic lid of the refill bottle, and pushing the exposed wick in an upwards motion into the head of the device. The clip needs to catch the last ridge on the refill device. A clicking noise will be heard when inserted correctly and fully. 4. Replace the shroud 5. Turn on to the desired setting. If you continue to have issues with your device, please give us a call! We would be happy to help you.
