Routine cleaning, our machine gets lots of dog blankets and camping gear washed so it needs regular cleaning and these pods are amazing! There is always lots of dog hair and when I use the self clean on machine the next loads don't have any residual hair. Love it!

Q: Can Afresh be placed in a sum pump where there is standing water if we don't get rain for long periods of time, also would it clean the area/tub where the hole that the water comes into? Would it damage my sum pump?

A: Hi Kathy, thank you for contacting the Whirlpool Central Advisors! Using an Affresh tablet won't damage the sump pump but it also won't do its intended job since the tablet needs the mechanical movement to break down the tablet and activate the chemical energy. A: How to clean your washing machine: 1. Empty your washer. 2. Place one tablet of affresh® Washing Machine cleaner directly in the washer tub—not in the dispenser. 3. Run the washer on a clean washer cycle or a normal cycle with hot water setting. 4. Simply wipe away any residue left behind after the cycle ends
