Wouldn't unlock. One trip to B.C. and back to Calgary and I couldn't get the lock off. Thankfully the shaft breaks with a pair of pliers.

It is a good lock, it is slim so it fit into the hole we were trying to lock. The issue is the unlocking, it takes a few tries to get used to how to put the key in (the key will fit both ways, but only unlocks one way) and the direction to turn. It turns both ways but only unlocks in one direction.
