Will not pair bluetooth

I've paired lots of bluetooth devices, but I unsuccessfully tried everything with this one for an hour. . . . restarting phone and device, resetting, changed battery . . . complete waste of time. Nice idea but poorly engineered apparently. Anyway, not sure if bluetooth and little button cells are a good combination for reasonable battery life. Returning tomorrow.

This thermometer is terrible. Bluetooth connection only works inside 5ft or so and battery only lasted a couple weeks (light usage). Certainly not worth the price paid.

Q: Where can you download the manual to this thing? After changing the battery the unit stuck in Celsius and there's no more bluetooth connectivity?
