These ramps are quite solid for light duty equipment up to 1,000 lbs. They have good traction and seem sturdy. The straps to prevent slipping are necessary but somewhat tedious to work with. It would be good to include a flange at the top end of the ramps. It would be convenient to hook the ramps onto my trailer which has a slot to accept this. I will need to fabricate something to facilitate this convenience.

Q: Would these work as a ramp into a shed?  Shed door opening is about 12 to 14” above the ground and I need to get my riding lawn mower in & out.  I don’t want a permanent ramp.

Q: Hello! My question is. I find that when the ramps are againat the tail gate that there is a sharp portion of the ramps contacting the tail gate. Is there suppose to have a rounded edge or protection on the sharp edge?

This leaves available capacity for “wet” weight additions – such as fuel. However, these ramps are quite short and would not be our first recommendation for loading ATVs, particularly with a rider. We would prefer to recommend 40-7820 84” Steel Ramp Pair or 40-7811 85” Single Aluminum Loading Ramp.
