Oil change and had asked them to torque my tires. No one could tell me if the tires were torqued or not when I picked up my car. When I pick up my car, I want to know exactly what was done and by whom. Makes me wonder that my car matters. Thinking of switching places for sure.

Not installed properly. Leaked all over my driveway and left my wife and daughter in need of a tow that canadian tire originally planned to reimburse me for but later refused to honour that promise. Extremely disappointed. Will never get auto service there again.
