FAULTY PART OR SHODDY INSTALLATION

I had these installed a few weeks ago. When I switched over to my summer tires one of the studs spun and I had to go back to the store to repair. They ended up replacing the whole rotor assembly as the stud was unrepairable. Spent another two plus hours plus waiting for the repair because the didn't have one in stock and had to have one from another store delivered.
