OEM quality, cheap price

I'm glad to see Canadian Tire has finally started carrying Wix filters. They're made closer to OEM filters than any other brand. For example, I have a Mazda3 with a Skyactiv engine, so there's no need for an anti drain back valve on a filter. The Wix filter specific to my car doesn't have an anti drain back valve which allows for better oil flow. Other brands don't make them this specific and would tell you to use whatever fits. I like that the price is about the same as the other filters. I hope Canadian Tire starts selling these by the case. I went to Canadian Tire today when I heard they were selling Wix filters, I didn't see any on the shelves but I asked an employee about them and he got one from the back.

Mobil 1 is the only oil I use in my vehicles as I believe there is none better. I’m a retired mechanic after over 40 years in this field and have seen the results of this oil.
