Product Details
The 3M™ Paint and Body Scuff Pad is designed for scuffing base, primed, or painted surfaces for better adhesion of new coats of primer or paint. The non-woven nylon fibre pad will not rust, splinter or shred like steel wool, and features long-lasting, fast-cutting aluminum oxide abrasive. This paint and body scuff pad is flexible and therefore great for hard-to-reach areas.

Also used to sand primer
After sanding primer, refine with 400 or 600 grit sandpaper and then apply paint per manufacturer's recommendations
