Q: Does the kit come with the controls for it? The description states that it is complete then goes on to say that it is compatible with all fan controls. If it requires controls then it isn't a complete kit.

A: For this particular fan it is universal. It includes all the necessary hardware to mount it but it does need to be spliced into existing wiring or have new wire run depending on the vehicle. It is a complete kit as it means it works with existing controls already in the vehicle if applicable.
