Variable-thickness sipes offer grip on wet and snowy surfaces while locking together for precise handling on dry roads. The tire’s Helio compound and X-Sil silica enhance traction in low temperatures, and the asymmetrical tread pattern ensures optimal performance and durability. These Michelin tires deliver strong performance in snow, rain, and dry conditions for year-round reliability.

The M+S symbol differentiates an All-Season tire from a Summer only tire. While rated for light snow, they will not match a winter tire for traction or stopping distance on snow and ice.

I have specified Michelin tires for our vehicles for over 30 years. My original Ford Bronco, my wife’s 2 Hondas, a Ford Explorer, my favorite 1999 Chevy Blazer, and my current Equinox. Need I say more about Performance, Design, and Durability?

Disappointed with Mileage

For traction and water dispersing, they were very good. But these 45,000 mile warranty tires made it only 20,000 miles with very little tread depth remaining. Dealer doing routine maintenance made us sign a waiver to ignore their recommendation to change the tires.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A: No. In Canada you should be running a designated winter tire, not all season's. Go with General Altimax's for winter. Good tire, decent price, and get them mounted on a second set of rims

Q: Is this a directional tire? Wondering if this tire can be rotated through all four corners of the car - or can they only be mounted in one direction?

A: The tire is not directional. The vendor has advised that 208-5700 can be mounted to any of the four points on the vehicle as it is asymmetrical tread.
