Backed by an 85,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life warranty, the P4 Persist AS Plus features wide grooves to channel water out and reduce the risk of hydroplaning, as well as open shoulders that improve traction and performance in dry, wet and winter weather conditions.

The M+S symbol differentiates an All-Season tire from a Summer only tire. While rated for light snow, they will not match a winter tire for traction or stopping distance on snow and ice.

Excels on dry pavement, highway speeds/cornering.

I purchased a set about 5 years go and I am close to needing replacement tires. The good: Excellent tread life rolling on my Mazda 3 sedan. Dry road traction is also excellent, corners very well and stable at highway speeds. The not so good: Wet traction could be better. I've never felt completely confident driving in rain at highway speeds. I never had a problem but I never pushed the car/tires either. Tire noise has increased from the first couple of years as the tread has become worn. They handled light snow intown just fine but I would not trust them on a snowy highway or secondary roads. Like most so-called all season tires, they are not snow tires.

Great fuel economy but noisy

After 1,600km I'm very impressed with the fuel economy! However, the noise is a deal breaker. On all but the newest tarmac they are annoying in my 2015 Civic sedan.
