Q: How do you remove the nut? It will tighten but will not come apart to install. I bought this unit at my local Canadian Tire and the quality looks great. However I cant get the nut off. It has a knurled metal washer inside to prevent the nut from coming loose and apparently while installing as well.

A: Our product has a lock washer built in and will require additional force to remove the nut. (see attached image) - sorry for some reason the program is not allowing me to upload the product image

A: The instructions are only listed on the back of the packaging. The only instruction needed is that the black wire is positive and the red is negative. Please contact our free tech support if you require further information 1-866-294-9244
