The Falken Espia EPX II tire ensures driving confidence in even the harshest winter road conditions through advanced tread, rubber and construction technologies. The carefully designed zigzag shape of the main groove resists hydroplaning while the tread notches bite into snow and ice for added traction. A silica-enriched tread compound balances winter and cold dry driving performance, optimizing snow evacuation and grip in slushy and wet conditions thanks to the directional tread design with a large void ratio.

Snow Peak Rated

The 3 Peak Mountain Snowflake symbol indicates the tire is rated for Severe Snow Service. This is the acceptable standard for winter driving in Canada and provides improved safety on snow and ice.

Mud And Snow Rated

The M+S symbol differentiates an All-Season tire from a Summer only tire. While rated for light snow, they will not match a winter tire for traction or stopping distance on snow and ice.
