WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Go slow
The faster you try to get into the hammock, the longer it will take, so go slow.
Do it alone
Even if you’ve got a double hammock, remember to get in one at a time.
Centre yourself
Centre yourself and back up until the hammock is at about 45 degrees.
Sit gently
Sit down gently and wait until the hammock stops moving.
Swing your legs in
Hold the edges of the hammock to give yourself some leverage and then pivot your body and swing both legs into the middle of the hammock.
Relax
Lie back and relax.
