How much weight can adhesive hooks hold?

While the larger strips can hold an object weighing up to 16 pounds and between 24-36 inches. However, the smaller adhesive hooks can only handle less than half the weight, with a capacity between 2-4 pounds.

Will adhesive hooks damage my walls when removing them?

Although adhesive hooks offer an easy way to decorate your home, if not removed carefully, they may damage your wall by removing the paint. If you’re looking to hang an object over 4 pounds, avoid possible damage to your wall and opt for larger self-adhesive hooks. Dental floss, a butter knife or a plastic spatula can be used to help remove the adhesive strip from your wall if the foam break while trying to remove it.

What items are suitable for adhesive hooks?

Although adhesive wall hooks are suitable for most surfaces, they work best on glass, metal, stainless steel and plastic.
