New Favorite Exercise!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To start off, I am not an exercise enthusiast and I don’t go to the gym. I’m a mom to two little ones and have been needing to get back in shape for some time now. I used to play volleyball though, and I love plyometrics. This plyo-box is awesome! It’s perfect because it has three different heights: 20, 24, and 36 inches. A great way for both me and my husband to get a great workout in. I love how it’s made of foam, so I don’t have to worry about hurting myself or about my kids injuring themselves while running around the house either. It’s very sturdy too and the outer material is textured to provide a non-slip surface. The added bonus of it being foam is that you can use it for inclined push-ups, dips, or as a bench while your lifting dumbbells. You also don’t have to use this for only jumping. I’m starting off the using it for steps and it really gets your heart rate up quickly. It’s adds versatility to your workout. Finally, there’s no assembly required, you just remove from the box and you’re ready to workout!

Great jump box workout!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jump box workout is very intense. I feel the burn from the workout almost immediately. I really love that it has different heights for all skill levels. It is great for indoor and outdoor use. It has an easy to clean surface. It’s not only for jumping but also a great bench for split squats. I really like the versatility of the jump box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Plyometric 3-in1 Jump Box is very durable and versatile.I love that it has three different heights. I’m a beginner when it comes to working out so I started with the lowest height The boxes are soft but stable. They are easy to set up and I can get an intense workout in my own home.

Great exercise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ZIVA Plyometric 3-in-1 Jump Box is way bigger than expected even though the inches are written all over it. At 30"x24"x20" this would be great for non-beginners and kids. I am a beginner so I am working my way up to jumping the 20 inches. It holds up to 350 pounds so it feels very sturdy. I have sat on it and used it for yoga poses and other exercises besides jumping. There is a zipper cover on it that is very thick and this is easy to wipe down to keep clean as well.
