Q: when you are screwing it on to the hose,does it turn,or do you have to move the whole hose?

  • A: I think I know what you mean, in that the coupling consists of two pieces.  Once the male end has been fitted into the hose, the female connector can be threaded onto the drain nozzle freely without having to turn the whole hose as well.
