    excellent tactical knife

i found that the knife is very well constructed all except for the rubber handle which will peel away after time but a paracord wrap fixes it right up, i mainly use this blade a EDC and throwing knife no matter how much stress i put on the spine of the blade it did not break. it had to be re-beveled out of package

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Not a real diving knife

This is not a real diving knife. Real divers know that a proper diving knife is flat at the end so you don't puncture your bcd accidentally. Also, no real diver uses a leg strap. If you are stuck and need to cut your way out, trying to reach your leg to get a knife is not ideal, divers have their knives attached to the front of their bcd d-rings or (what I have) attached to their second stage regulator hose with a hose attachment.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not as good as I hoped!

Purchased this item a couple of days ago and I am pretty disappointed with the overall quality of the knife. the straps on this knife is pretty useless. they are not very strong or durable. however the case or sheath is well constructed I only wish it was not plastic which dulls the knife. but overall if you can get this knife on sale as I did. $10 is a good price for this product. I suggest if you are looking for this knife to wait until it is on sale!

No, I do not recommend this product.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

    Questions

    1 - 3 of 3 Questions

Q: contact info for yukon gear I bought this knife a few days ago and apparently the clasps were riveted wrong because the straps broke and the knife took off in the water and the only thing I have is the clasp and I'm sure I can't go to Canadian tire with that and get a new knife

    1 Answer
    • A: They did do pulling test on the sheath, applying force of 3kg with no breakage of rivet and belt. But this is random test only, going forward they will test a larger batch of samples.

    • A: It has serations on one side of the blade which work quite well for cutting lines. The handle is stainless steel with a rubber coating.

Q: How large of a leg will this go around? My legs are quite thick, would it be able to go around them? and also, It will never rust because of contact with the water, right?

    1 Answer
    • A: The max circumference of holding is 45cm. This knife is rust resistant meaning that with proper care, it should not rust. To maintain the knife in good condition, the knife should be cleaned with water and dried after each use.
