Q: Is there a guarantee on this product? The screws and bolts have come off

  • A: Don’t know but a simple fix is to put a lock washer on so nut/bolt doesn’t loosen over time due to all the vibration. Not a big deal.

Q: Is it also do well on removing moss

  • A: It removes moss fairly well if you go back and forth a number of times. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked.

Q: What are the two sides for? I bought one of these rakes last year, and it DOES save effort.Today,I will be using it again for spring dethatching.I am curious as to why it has two differently shaped sets of teeth? What determines which side you use to dethatch?

  • A: The Canadian tire team is incorrect in this instance . The side with straight tines is for Dethatching the side with the curved tines is for cultivating. Similar to what a scarifier does . Best deployed if you're overseeding . Best of luck
