I am incredibly disappointed with the Yardworks SnowPro Rink Shovel (34-in). At a price point of $90, you expect a heavy-duty tool capable of clearing a Canadian driveway. Instead, this shovel is shockingly flimsy. The Performance: It is only suitable for the lightest, fluffiest dustings of snow. The moment you encounter anything slightly wet or packed, the shovel buckles. Specifically, the plastic connection point feels incredibly cheap; every time I tried to push snow, I could feel the tension as if it was about to snap right in my hands. The Value: Looking at other reviews, it’s clear this is a systemic design flaw. It is not a "Pro" tool by any stretch of the imagination. Paying nearly $100 for a piece of plastic that can’t handle a standard winter is unacceptable. The Return Experience: To make matters worse, Canadian Tire’s current return policy is a massive headache. Because I actually tried to use the product (how else am I supposed to know it’s defective?), they refused a refund and would only offer an exchange. This is a trap—since there aren't other shovels at this specific $90 price point, you're stuck in a loop of inferior options or paying even more for a different brand. Bottom Line: In a time when we want to support Canadian businesses and products, Canadian Tire needs to do better. Stop selling cheap, low-quality products at premium prices and then hiding behind restrictive return policies when the product fails to perform. Save your money and buy a real shovel elsewhere

First, this is for ice, not snow...if you're pushing any snow, the handle will bend/break at the plastic juncture with any normal/decent amount of snow being pushed. For clearing ice (as it's marketed) the ice must be perfectly flat, otherwise any surface deformities and the blade will catch, again, causing it to break (I've returned three already). The angle isn't set right, you need to almost hold it at your knees to get proper blade flow. Only positive is the warranty, like I said, I've broken three in just the past 2 months.
