Way Too Short

I’m 5-6” tall. So not a big guy. The handle on this scraper was too short for me to use comfortably. I’m in good shape and physically fit. I tried it for literally 5 minutes and my back was aching. It was more work than I thought it should be. I gave up on the scraper and returned it. I could not recommend this scraper.

Q: Would this work to scrape peeling wood stain on deck?

A: It might, my customer uses it for peeling glue off OSB board, we have never tried it on stain but I would think it would work. You would have to be careful to not score the boards but keep a even pressure on the edge and you may be ok.
