Missing Electrical Adapter not with Unit

I purchased this item 2 days ago, set it up with the APP, no problem. Then instructions state ensure the device is plugged in, this item has no plug - in device in the box nor the photo.. The Photo on the box only has the Unit to be installed for the hose. The instructions for the APP indicates this device requires a plug in unit , but is not included with this unit. The Unit does not work without the adapter. I require the adapter or my money back From DA BEAR
