Doesn’t hold pressure

Bought a package of 2 a week ago. While they both felt like they had a decent grip, the moment I turned on the water they both popped off. I put my older plastic female ends on instead and no problem. After removing from the hose and faucet I found it took a bit of effort to pull them apart but it wasn’t very difficult. Looked like not much force is being applied to the retracting clips.

No, I do not recommend this product.
