Best Ice Chopper for Value

I bought this ice chopper a couple years ago and just love it. Tried lots of others with larger handles or heavier blades and they all went back! This one has a smaller diameter handle and light-weight blade but does the job and stands up to severe punishment. My neighbours have all used it too and now they are lining up to borrow it again.

Bought this scraper this morning with more than 1/2 price clearance sale.Worked great clearing 2" ice build up on driveway to clear melt water to street drain.I would recommend.

Works better than the way it looks

When I got this one I wondered if it will survive the first hit to the icy ground... and it did with 5 stars! It looks cheap and that it won't last more than a few hits to the icy ground... but really, I did the entire driveway, which was completely frozen, and this ice chopper still looks like new without bends or even without a loose tip.

stopgap purchase turned out to be a stopgap

Got the stick. She's alright at shaving the ice off of the drive, but she does not have the weight to slam through and break up the chunks from top-down. Not happy that I'll have to keep looking/budget for another replacement.
