    Easy to prepare

    Had trouble with one of the zones running water when not programmed yet. Called customer service. While waiting s long time. I found “helpful hints” in the instructions saying a part coupd move in shipping. The instructions to fix it was simple and worked. Simple to set up. Just started using it today

    L’article s’est brisé pendant la période de garantie. Bien que j'aie obtenu un remplacement, ce dernier a également brisé. C’est un très mauvais investissement à long terme, surtout pour le prix.     Wouldn't even sense that batteries were in it, so I couldn't even turn it on (I used brand new alkaline batteries as recommended. We called customer support and they were no help.

    Won't hold the time

    I bought the 4 zone programable timer a year or so ago, worked well lastnyear, but in hooking it up this year, found that it won't keep the time on it, re-sets itself somehow, so it's now useless as a programable timer. Very disappointing, and costly.

    These work well. This is the second one I've put into service. They are reliable. The programming interface is OK. The challenge is remembering all the times you've put into all the timers so that watering times don't overlap.
