Q: Is the thumb control supposed to shut it off? The thumb control only seems to make it slightly stronger or weaker. Will not stop the flow of water. Is it defective?

  • A: Yes the thumb control should shut it off. It is hard to assess whether or not this is damaged as we do not have the physical product. Please take it into your local Canadian tire store where they can replace the product if it is still under warranty.

Q: Can the nozzle be used with any hose or does it have to be used with a Dry Seal hose?
