Q: Can I exchange broken unit with no receipt? At the end of last summer it broke apart on the female end. Can it be exchanged for a new one still?
12 years agoA: While individual Canadian Tire stores may or may not accept a return without a receipt our supplier partner is more than happy to review defective issues on a case by case basis and is often willing to replace products free of charge without receipts.

Q: Is there a trick to turning on the on/off function switch? Mine won’t turn.
2 years agoA: On/Off only works in one quarter . perpendicular is shut off (of course) but , turn blue valve towards blue female connector .Does not work both ways . . Nice and tight and this ball valve shuts off well , good choice.
