Returned due to defective valve

It has a shut off valve that stops the water when no male end plugged in. Valve must have been faulty as I couldn’t get water to flow.

Doesn't always stay connected

I may have a faulty unit, but the coupling releases too easily. I'm using the matching brass tool adapter, and have tried swapping spray nozzles to see if that made a difference, which it did not.
