Works well. However would have liked a pattern or selection for a low capacity output for watering flower pots for example ( such as an elevated or over the head one) instead of relying on only pushing trigger handle slightly.

Q: new washer needed for Yardworks Rear Trigger 10-Pattern Nozzle Product #59-7918-8 Hello, I need the tiny washer that goes inside my yardworks rear trigger power nozzle. Is there a way I can get one? instead of replacing the whole thing. Thanks, Lorraine

  • A: If you are meaning the rubber washer that fits in the end, yes, you can get a replacement and they are very reasonably priced. I found some yesterday in the same rack I bought my new nozzle.

Q: The handle just broke after 6 months. Can I get a warranty? Is this through the store or do I have to contact Yardworks?

Q: The handle doesn’t spring back.  I have to push the plunger in to turn off the water.  Any repair for this?  Only used 2 summers.

Q: I like this hand sprayer but I can’t figure out how to remove it from my hose. How does it come off?

  • A: The hand sprayer is threaded on to the end of the hose. It just screws on and off. Some extra strength may be required to twist it off if it has been on the hose for an extended period of time.

Q: What am I doing wrong? The handle does nothing. I can use the locking feature. But, it does not start and stop the water. To turn off the water, I have to turn off the water at the source. Is this right? What is the handle for then??

  • A: The trigger is supposed to control the water flow to the pistol. You can try tightening the knob behind the trigger at the top to ensure it is snug to the trigger. If that doesn't work then perhaps it is defective, the product has a 2 year warranty and can be returned for a replacement.
