We purchased this Generator since we had a major outage of electricity in our area, it was super easy to setup just add the engine oil 10W30 and its ready, ( waterpump ,Fridge, freezer,TV) we were far from the 50% of load .a full tank gave me 15-16 hours of run time. 10/10 AAA+++++ only down side is the noise but shes a real generator lets not forget ! She creates power like champ .very stable.

Best genny I ever had!

Sure it's loud, but I remember my older genny and it was much much louder than this one. I like all the features that came with this new one...battery...electric start...remote start...large tank to run 15 hrs. half load. This new power is quite clean compared to the old one, 6000 watts 7200 peak watts are needed for water pump, fridge, freezer, microwave and 2 window ACs plus all the necessary lights, etc... They had it on sale, but this one was priced much lower than the other ones because of missing parts. All I did was call up the dealer in California, emailed him my receipt and list of missing parts, and it was all shipped out here free in just 2 days...great service! I'm surprised at the quality of this brand, much better than I thought it would be. This genny is very recommended!

Q: Yardworks generator model 100135, wat is receptacle 108 used for and what is part 131, 12v charger used for... manual is very vague on these areas..

  • A: You can purchase the extension cord for the L14-30R to be able to add more extension cords for other appliances if in need. Should you already have a ‘Transfer Switch” built into main fuse box for the house, you can have an electrician check the circuit first, and then be in the position to plug the generator directly to the transfer switch. AGAIN, electrician must be contacted prior to make any electrical changes for safety purposes.

Q: How is it possible to turn the fuel/choke on/off from a distance if using the remote electric start? Thank you.

  • A: In regards to the operation of the choke on remote startup, it has an auto choke. There is a stepper motor on top of the carburetor which communicates with the remote relay , so it allows you to open and close the choke on start up and shut down.

Laissez la génératrice fonctionner sans charge pendant plusieurs minutes afin de stabiliser les températures internes du moteur et de la génératrice. 3. Tournez le robinet d’essence à la position « OFF » (arrêt). 4. Laissez le moteur en marche jusqu’à ce que le manque d’essence arrête le moteur. Cela prend habituellement quelques minutes. 5.   • A: No it does not come with a built in inverter. I does however come equipped with a voltage regulator which if there is a spike or fluctuation in voltage it will cut spark immediately. This allows you to use delicate electronics on this unit.
