Wireless remote start feature allows you to start the generator as far away as 80' (24.3m), from inside or outside your house, RV or cottage, with a remote control
Powered by a reliable and powerful 439cc engine which runs in a lower power range that extends the life of the engine through less wear and lower temperature producing 7200W of surge power and 6000W while running,
Handy fuel life meter on the display panel shows you how many hours of run time is remaining based on the power being used
Oversized (34 L/9 gallon) fuel tank allows for longer periods of time between refills, so you will not have to tend to the generator as often as with other generators
With low oil shutdown, should the engine be low on oil for any reason, the engine will automatically shut down to protect the engine from being destroyed
Unique design of this generator puts all starting features (electric start switch, fuel ON/OFF, choke, manual pull cord) on the same side for ease of use
To balance the generator better during movement, the wheels are positioned forward (toward the handle)
Other features include outlet covers, 1.38" tubular steel frame, never-flat wheels and cushion-grip handle
Provides 12 hours of runtime at 50% load

Q: Does it have a 240V outlet?

Q: Yardworks generator model 100135, wat is receptacle 108 used for and what is part 131, 12v charger used for... manual is very vague on these areas..
6 years agoA: You can purchase the extension cord for the L14-30R to be able to add more extension cords for other appliances if in need. Should you already have a ‘Transfer Switch” built into main fuse box for the house, you can have an electrician check the circuit first, and then be in the position to plug the generator directly to the transfer switch. AGAIN, electrician must be contacted prior to make any electrical changes for safety purposes.

Q: How is it possible to turn the fuel/choke on/off from a distance if using the remote electric start? Thank you.
6 years agoA: In regards to the operation of the choke on remote startup, it has an auto choke. There is a stepper motor on top of the carburetor which communicates with the remote relay , so it allows you to open and close the choke on start up and shut down.

A: ARRÊT DU MOTEUR: 1. Éteignez et débranchez toutes les charges électriques. Ne démarrez ou n’arrêtez jamais la génératrice si des appareils électriques sont branchés ou allumés. 2. Laissez la génératrice fonctionner sans charge pendant plusieurs minutes afin de stabiliser les températures internes du moteur et de la génératrice. 3. Tournez le robinet d’essence à la position « OFF » (arrêt). 4. Laissez le moteur en marche jusqu’à ce que le manque d’essence arrête le moteur. Cela prend habituellement quelques minutes. 5. Appuyez sur l’interrupteur de moteur pour le mettre en position « OFF » (arrêt). 6. Appuyez sur l’interrupteur de batterie pour le mettre en position « OFF » (arrêt). Important : Assurez-vous toujours que le robinet d’essence et l’interrupteur du moteur sont en position « OFF » (arrêt) lorsque le moteur n’est pas utilisé.! Q: I wonder if the yardworks remote start generator has a built in inverter to permit using electronic devices like computers
7 years agoA: No it does not come with a built in inverter. I does however come equipped with a voltage regulator which if there is a spike or fluctuation in voltage it will cut spark immediately. This allows you to use delicate electronics on this unit.
