Cheap plastic sleeves instead of steel wheel bear

I have four wheelbarrows and tired of putting in new tubes, so thought I would try a no flat tire. I bought a 16" wheel from Princess Auto which was well-built having steel wheel bearings. Princess Auto didn't have a 13" no flat wheel, but Canadian Tire had a 14" no flat wheel assembly. However when I got it home, it had plastic sleeves instead of regular steel wheel ball bearings. I couldn't imagine the plastic sleeves last very long so I returned it. Rona and Hardware also appear to have some decent options.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: I am looking for a replacement wheel for a wheelbarrow. The current wheel is 14.5 inches in size with the code 4.80/4.00-8. It has a 6 inch hub and a 5/8 axle. Will this wheel fit? Thanks

A: This may have been 16" at one time but on May 7th 2017 this tire is labelled 14" on the box, and is about 14.5" in reality.

A: You can,t flatten a tire that is solid rubber......It,s one big chuck of rubber......No spaces for a inner tube just like i looks like in the picture...... Cheers
