Bought a yard works trimmer 2 years ago. Used 25 times. Does not start this year. Took it apart and it needs a new diaphram. Yard works has no parts but pass me on to 5 local companies to try. Non of them have parts for Yardworks. Product is now useless. Virtually brand new.

Trimmer is very light weight and working good especialy for someone who has a bad back but has plenty of power for the tough jobs. I replaced my heavier echo with this product and have no regrets.

it's a so nice device

This device is amazing. It starts on the second or third pull consistently. It's quieter than my previous units. It has plenty of power for tackling trimming around my house, patio, and cutting down undergrowth in my tree line. I'd definitely recommend this unit to everyone.
