Défectueuse a l’arrivée, ne se charge pas. Beaucoup de difficultés à me faire rembourser, jusqu’à ce que le service à la clientèle m’informe que ce type de batterie est discontinué depuis 2019!!! Comme je l’avais commandé en ligne, je n’ai pas été remboursé pour les frais de transport.

Batterie vendue défectueuse, car mal entreposé au magasin de Drummondville

J’en ai commandé une au magasin Canadian store de Drummondville (car à Saint-Hyacinthe ils n’en avaient plus)et à l’arrivé elle n’était pas bonne : voltage à 2.3 volts au lieu de 12 et elle prenait aucune charge.Apres avoir contacté le magasin (j’ai suivi leur recommandation) , je l’ai retourné près de chez nous (ils n’ont pas voulu rembourser les frais de livraison ) et j’ai commandé une deuxième encore à Drummondville. Le magasin près de chez nous nous a dit que ce modèle était discontinué depuis 2019 , donc la batterie a étée au moins 7 ans sur la tablette , alors que les instructions spécifient de la charger au minimum au 3 mois sinon elle aurait des dommages. La deuxième est arrivée et mène chose , elle n’est pas bonne. Encore des pertes monétaires, car Canadian Tire de Drummondville vendent sans scrupules des items qui ne sont plus bons et n’assument pas la perte que ça implique

Q: Is this battery fully charged and ready to use when purchased OR does it need to be charged first before use. If it needs to be charged, how long?

A: I don’t measure the charge or time to charge, but the battery did come with some charge and I typically leave the batteries charging for 12 hours. Home that helps.

A: Seadoo Dolphin can use the battery and charger of Yamaha Seal. You can only buy a charger from Stallion, because the charger/battery connector has their own design.
