Gets Soaked in the Rain

I bought this tackle box last spring. Although it has lots of versitile storage it is NOT waterproof or rain resistant. Anything that is not in a container in the pockets gets soaked! And if the bag gets wet it has to be completely emptied out in order to dry it.
