100ft use

We purchased this hose it was moderately priced along with the rest of the same size hoses and we were able to use this hose a total of 12 times before it broke. The same can be said about the 50ft we only used that particular hose 3 times and it has now broken. very poor product and the warranty was so convoluted I wish I would have been able to see their extremely limited warranty I would have chosen a different product but they got their money and ran off with the bag leaving many others unhappy.4

This is my second XHOSE purchase. Last year I purchased another one from Cdn Tire and today it had a pin hole leak near the faucet and within 5 minutes it started squirting out and finally the hose shrunk and nothing doing. Bought it in August,2017 and will NOT be buying another of this product. Will return to the regular hoses in the market. :(

Saves space and easy to transport

The X-Hose Expandable Garden Hose was a good buy. One should be careful with this model since it has plastic fittings. It works great but not as fast in expanding or retracting as seen on TV. Not with my water pressure. It is so easy to transport. I can carry 200 feet in a bucket with ease.

Q: can you replace hose ends? if a regular hose end gets stepped on or run over and the end breaks or bends, it can be cut off and replaced. Can this have ends replaced?

A: Due to the nature of the product and how it expands and contracts when the water drains out, in addition to how the outside of hose is wrapped in knitted casing, we would not advise that anyone attempt to replace the ends because it will very likely affect the integrity of the product and increase the likelihood of leakage.
