Salesperson not helpful

Went to the store to purchase this mower which was in stock (2). Shelves were empty. Found clerk finally and asked him if they had been sold. His answer was that they already put them away. He didn't want to go and dig it out. Told me to go home and buy it online and come back to pick it up. Just pure laziness! Instead of a trip to the warehouse for this fellow, it took me all day to purchase this! The mower works great but this store needs to check out their employees better!

I bought this mower maybe 2 months ago and I'm very impressed by it. It's super quiet, which is great, but most importantly it does a great job. I find the batteries last me 2 cuttings before I need to recharge them. I live in the city but have a corner lot so more grass than most of my neighbours. Super easy to adjust the height and seems to not need scraping underneath after cutting. Unfortunately it's not self-propelled like my last mower, but because it's so light it doesn't seem to matter much. And someone the flap at the back has not been chewed completely up by the blades yet- that's a first! Very happy with my purchase.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Q: Can a WA3520 battery be used with this mower?

A: Hello! Thank you for your question. The batteries technically will work in the mower. However, the batteries runtime will be very short if they even are able to start the mower fully. We recommend using the 5.0AH batteries to get optimal runtime and the tool will come with them. Thank you for choosing Worx!

Q: Please let me know where or how to purchase a new orange start-up key. Just purchased a new 40v electric, self propelled but the plastic key used to start it cracked a piece off so there's is no way to start it now. I've only used it 4xs on a small yard.

A: Hello there! Thank you for your inquiry. No—the WG752 does not come fully assembled, but the setup is minimal and quick. Out of the box, you’ll need to attach the handle bar, adjust it to your preferred height using the quick-release button, and assemble and install the grass collection bag. If you plan to use the discharge function instead of bagging or mulching, the rear side discharge chute also requires assembly—this involves removing the grass collection bag and the mulching plug first, then attaching the chute in place. In addition, while not technically assembly, you will need to insert the batteries and fully charge both of them before the first use, as they are shipped uncharged. A: Hello there! Thank you for your inquiry. The WORX WG752 is a 3‑in‑1 mower, offering bagging, mulching, and side discharge, and the mulch plug does not move automatically up and down. It is a separate insert that must be installed or removed depending on which mowing mode you are using. When bagging, the mulch plug must be removed and the grass collection bag installed so clippings can flow into the bag; the side discharge chute is not used and should be removed if it is attached. When mulching, the bag must be completely removed, and the mulch plug installed to block the rear discharge opening so grass is recut and returned to the lawn—mulching will not work properly if the bag is still attached. When using side discharge, the bag is removed, the mulch plug is not installed, and the side discharge chute is attached to direct clippings to the side.
