Great Suction

Purchased to replace cheaper leaf vac blower that just would not pick up anything. This vac blower works great , sucked up everything leaves , acorns, pine cones, even have to be careful not to vac up gravel! Metal impeller chops up leaves into small pieces saving space and amount of trash barrels needed.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Works Great - Most of the time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my TRIVAC 2 for years and it works great for 99% of my needs. I found the carry bag cumbersome and occasionally a piece of mulch will jam in the mulching system - but for the most part it works as advertised.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Best combo blower, vacuum, mulcher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool comes out everytime we mow, but it is most important in the fall when we are dealing with LOTS of leaves, pecans, acorns, etc. It handles it all like a champ and makes the cleanup so much easier and we can get it all bagged up in far fewer bags because of the mulching. The only issue is the mulch collection bag zipper gets so messy it doesn't zip well after three years of use, but I was able to replace the bag and we are back in business, ready for this fall.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Fantastic vacuum and blower!!!

First, everyone should own this product. My son borrowed my Worx vacuum blower to pick up leaves and extra grass clippings after cutting his lawn, he was so amazed at how easy and well it worked he talked about it for weeks. Of course I need to buy another one given he uses it every week. The price of this tool as well as every other Worx tool I own is cheap when compared to other options on the market. Every tool I own from Worx has been a home run and I have never had an issue with any of the products. I am a loyal Worx customer for life and now both my son and son in law are both hooked as well. There is literally no maintenance and your tool is ready to go to work when you are. Consider purchasing a Worx tool first. They are an incredible value for your hard earned dollar. They will not disappoint you!

Q: I would like to order this, but not sure about the weight. How heavy is it and is it easily handled by a 60+ Grandma?

Q: If i purchase the WG509, will the WA4054.2  leaf collection system work with it, as well? what are other compatible attachments?

  • A: The model you listed is made specifically for the 509, so yes it works great. The other model is if you're using other mulchers and includes adapters for other models.

Q: Does anyone know if there is an extension piece for the barrel of the leaf blower? I have to bend down while using this and it hurts my back. Thanks!

  • A: I agree 100% that an extension is needed. The tube on this is too short! I am a 5'11" male and I need to bend forward when using this. A 6-8" extension or longer tube with a wheel on the bottom at ground level would be very helpful.

Q: whats the difference between this and WG512?

  • A: from what I can tell comparing the two, * WG512 is a blower that converts to vac-mulcher by rotating the motor. ** It has 2 preset speeds with max 600 CFM @75mph. ** 8.6 lbs and 79db. ** (~$20 higher than WG09) * WG509 is a blower that converts to vac-mulcher using airflow diverter switch. ** It has variable speed control with 350 CFM @80-120mph. ** 9.3 lbs. Unknown noise level. ** (~20 less than WG512)

  • A: Of course you can, it’s a vacuum - The mfg. doesn’t want you to do that because if it doesn’t do a great job, you will complain about it. But I know it will work.

Q: WILL THE WA4058 LEAFPRO COLLECTION ATTACHMENT WORK ON THIS UNIT? IT IS NOT LISTED AS BEING SO IN THE INFO ON THE WA4058 BUT WANTED TO MAKE SURE.

  • A: I have this unit and the one you want is the WA4054.2. It works only with this unit. The other model you mentioned has adapters for other types of mulchers you don't need if you're only using this. The best way I've found to get it to work to its best potential is to put it over one of the biggest garbage cans you have. I use the giant square one. Then I got a box of 92-93 can liners from Amazon (giant black leaf bags) to fill the pail. They're for huge pails. Put the fabric over it and get about 5 of those metal clamps from Home Depot that cost $1 each to hold it on. The drawstring it comes with comes lose and the fabric flies off. The clamps hold it on. If you're using a small pail with a big lip around the edge, the drawstring may hold.

Q: I am 4’11” tall (not tall) woman. Am I tall enough to use this tool? I purchased a different brand blower-vac and it is as tall as I am and very difficult to manage. The collection bag drags the ground.
