This wagon works well, the push bar is super handy. I do wish it had different wheels but otherwise so far I like it. We dragged it up a steep incline on gravel roads and I didn't hate it at the end.

DON'T BUY THIS WAGON!!!

I purchased this thinking it would be perfect for all things *wagon*. Boy was I wrong. It doesn't steer, roll, or do anything a wagon should do. Even if it was free and came with $5K cash, it's a rip-off. This wagon caused me so much frustration/pain/grief, I brought it to the cabin and took it apart with a sawzall. I never write reviews but not buying this wagon could save a life.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Just purchased this wagon for markets and festivals, curious about what seems to be accessory rails on the top four corners. Are these indeed accessory rails? Is there a paired canopy for this wagon? Or other matching accessories?

A: Thanks for your enquiry into our new WOODS OVERLANDER WAGON. The wagon comes with a mesh organizer with pockets on 1 side for smaller items, and accessory straps as shown below on the other. Most people use these straps for longer items - like beach umbrellas – but they can certainly be used to attach many other items. Please remember these are stitched onto the side of the fabric and not intended to carry huge amounts of weight. If you load up the straps with items over 25-30 pounds, you may pull out the stitching and/or tear the fabric. Hope that helps!

A: Thanks for your enquiry into the new WOODS Overlander Wagon. All of our WOODS wagons are designed for hauling gear, coolers, equipment, etc. – but are not rated as child carrying devices. There are specific requirements to comply with in order to be certified as a child carrying device – and none of the camp/outdoor wagons we sell in the Outdoor Rec department meet those standards. There are specific child carrying wagons available – check our baby department for more details

Q: Will a beach umbrella fit on the outside where the 3 adjustable tabs are?

A: Thanks for your enquiry into our new WOODS OVERLANDER wagon. In theory, any umbrella could be strapped to the frame of the wagon, but without knowing the exact size/dimensions of the umbrella we are unable to confirm if your specific one will work. Suggestions would be to use straps to connect the upright tube of umbrella directly to 1 of the 4 corner supports on the wagon frame – that would give you the strongest connection and provide the best stability. Q: can you use the bottom panel as a lid instead, since many say the panel breaks easily?

A: Thanks for your enquiry into the WOODS Overlander Wagon. The base panel on this model does not have the ability to be fixed on top of wagon as a lid or table. Our 0762933 WOODS XL wagon does offer that feature – that may be a better choice for your needs if the table option is what you are looking for. As far as the comments on the breaking of the base panel – unfortunately the vast majority of these occur when placing children into the wagon. All of our outdoor wagons are NOT designated as child carrying devices – there are many of those in the market, but they are different from camping/utility wagon. The base plate is an issue we are specifically addressing in future production to improve strength and durability – but the fact remains they are not intended to carry children. Kids certainly react differently in motion than items do – and that is the concern when using a general purpose wagon as a child carrying device. The unique safety needs required around certified kids products add hundreds of dollars to the cost and that is not the intended use for the WOODS or OUTBOUND range.
