Wanted to love it, but left dissapointed.

Bought this tent 4 years ago as my first tent. first few outtings we loved it. it's massive and provides a ton of space to sleep and keep all of your gear inside. But on what was maybe our 4th trip with it, a pole snapped. Not in a wind storm or driven rain.... in the middle of a windless night. Tried to contact CT and Woods directly for a replacement, and received zero assistance. Wasn't even offered a means to purchase a new pole.
I've since boycotted Woods products all together and will not buy another Woods item no matter how good the price. We've since switched to a Mountain Hardware Optic tent and are much, much happier. Might get around to trying to fix the poles on my own some day, as it would be great for large groups, but is it worth the effort and additional expense?
Sorry Woods but you had your chance to fix it and you blew it.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Elle est parfaite! On peut s'y tenir debout, elle est robuste, le matériel est de qualité, elle est facile à monter. Nous l'avons essayé une semaine complète en camping et je n'ai aucun commentaire négatif. Je vous la recommande!

Terrible poles

Great tent...its' huge, but packs up tightly
TERRIBLE poles - I have owned this tent for a whopping 2 weeks, and have taken it camping once. Two snapped poles for my efforts...had to support the structure by rope
DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT
Canadian Tire will not provide any support for pole exchange. Waiting on manufacturer to make this right, but had to buy a new tent for camping in the interm

Good tent but deceptive pictures

We bought this tent mostly because its aluminum poles and the price (on sale) was good, however its best to note that the models in the store and what is shown is not accurate. There is no interior partition and colours are not the same (front flaps and sides where it comes up). Also some of the pouch configurations are not there. Just be aware, but its a great tent, and HUGE:)

A: Hi, The tents are water repellent. The fabric is coated with water repellent and the rainfly seams are taped. The floors are sealed as well.

Q: I purchased this tent partly because of the divider. There was no divider included. Do I have to buy it separately? Why is it not included?

A: Depending on the model, accessories are normally rolled with the fly. It could be inside the tent itself as well. Please double check that it is not there. If it is missing, please contact our the Woods Customer Service line at 1-855-966-3785.

A: Cette tente n'est pas séparée en chambres et n'a pas de diviseur. Vous pouvez dormir 4 personnes le long du mur arrière de la tente et utiliser l'espace avant pour le stockage supplémentaire si vous le souhaitez.

A: It would all depend on your experience level. It’s not impossible, however having an extra person to help out would make setting it up easier.

A: Yes it is a full aluminum frame tent that is free standing. We do advise the use of guy lines to maximize interior space and to ensure a tight fit.

Q: Does this tent fit two queen sz air mattresses?

A: Yes, they would fit......The tent is 96 inches x 168 inches & 2 typical queen size mattresses placed side by side would be 80 inches x 120 inches.
