Very Functional Feeder

I bought this over a month ago and am very pleased with the feeder. It is large and only needs to be filled up every few days. I hung it as opposed to pole mounting it. Even though one of the lid hinge rivets failed almost immediately ( easily replaced with a small nut and bolt) I still very much like this feeder. Solid metal construct and yes the squirrel proof function works to a degree but I feed squirrels too. If you hang it the squirrels can jump on the roof and rock it to shake seeds out. Regardless I’m happy with this feeder

Q: Can you adjust weight sensitivity

A: Thank you for your question. Yes you can adjust the weigh bar to allow for bird specific feeding. There are 2 screws you can loosen and then slide the bar in to make the seed port close more easily, or extend it out farther to allow larger birds to feed. The instructions in the box explains it in more detail. Happy birding.
