Great Value!

Bought this to monitor interior doors. I didn’t need the doorbell button, but it works as it should. The 2 sensors send a different tone, so you know which door is opened. Volume is adjustable and can be very loud if needed.
If you’re near the unit where it plugged in, you can hear a notable hum. It also gets quite hot and lets off a sharp electrical smell that hasn’t gone away yet.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Unreliable.

This product is a fail. Worked great for about a day, then became very inconsistent. Tried swapping out the door sensor, replacing batteries, changing locations of the receiver. No luck. The indicator light on the door sensor would always indicate correctly when it was activated, but whether the door chime would actually go off was only about a 30% chance. The button activator included in the kit did actually work consistently. All in all, just not great. Look for a different product.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Will this product do the following
1. Chime when i open the door where the sensors are attached.
2. when enabled, ring alarm or noise when there is unauthorized entry.
3. option to disable the alarm but keep the chime on during the day.

A: 1. Yes, the sensors will chime when the door they are attached to is opened. The chime chosen for the doorbell (Westminster, Ding-Dong, or Ding) will be used for the door sensors as well, so whatever chime they choose will be what they hear.
2. After the sensors are synced to the receiver unit, they will always chime when a door is opened, but the sound will not change. So there wouldn’t be, for instance, an “Away from Home” setting or “Night Time” setting where the chime tone would change to an alarm noise.
3. There is no option to disable them during the day except for unsyncing the sensors from the chime receiver completely. The customer would have that as an option, but they would need to complete the syncing process when they were ready for them to chime again – otherwise, they won’t transmit to the receiver when the door opens.
