Online Shopping displays & describes a totally different doorbell

Extremely and repeatedly disappointed with Canadian Tire online shopping system. This is another failure. The product ITEM NUMBER is not actually FOR the item shown in the picture NOR DOES it match the description at all. The ONLY thing that matches, is the ITEM NUMBER. It is not wood accented, nor does it have leaves etc designed on it, it does not have a choice of music AT ALL, and you cannot adjust the volume at all. Yet, CT staff insisted they sent the right item number, so they are DONE. Have a nice day.

Q: Does this come with an integrated transformer if I wire it?

A: No, you would have to use the existing transformer in your home. The main reason that this chime is both wired and wireless is so if the transformer can not be found or if it is not working; you go with the wireless installation option.
